All patients are required to pay a deposit of £50 when making the appointment. The deposit is included in the price of the treatment.
In the case of having to cancel your appointment or changing the date please contact us as soon as possible. We require a 48h notice before changing the date or cancelling, those who do not abide by this, will lose the £50 deposit.
For longer appointments ( 1 hour and more ) we charge a deposit of GBP 100.
We would like to inform you that we do not undertake the continuation of orthodontic treatment with fixed braces fitted at another practice in the UK or Poland. We can only offer you free removal of the braces and re-fitting of the new ones in our office.
