Frequently asked questions

In the office we whiten teeth with a lamp ( not with a laser) . It is also possible to use whitening at home. An overlay system for multiple use is then applied. After the overlay has been made, the patient can buy whitening syringes. At a cost of £150, the patient receives trays made to their teeth and 4 whitening syringes. The syringes themselves can be purchased later. In-office whitening is more painful than the trays.

Unfortunately, only local anaesthesia is involved. We can make a referral to hospital for removal under anaesthetic but the waiting time for the procedure is 8-12mc.

Braces prices range from £400 - £1000 per arch depending on the company and type. Please see the types of braces on offer on our website. Additional costs to be added are as follows. - £50 consultation - £150 impressions, facial photographs - £50 x-ray (whole jaw)

Subsequent follow-up appointments cost £20 - £60 per arch.

If it can be restored with a filling then the cost per filling is £90 small, £100 large. A typical restoration costs £130 per tooth.

Yes teeth must be cured before braces are fitted.

Unfortunately, we do not take over treatment with braces not fitted in our office. We are only able to offer you the free removal of your old braces and the fitting of new ones here.
