You can wear the overlays during the day or at night, but no longer than 5 hours. Importantly, you should not eat or drink during this time. Throughout the teeth whitening period, avoid citrus fruits, which damage the enamel, as well as red wine, coffee and other products that contribute to tooth discolouration.
